TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for your application to become a registered member of Wests Tigers Rugby League Football Pty Ltd (herein referred to as “Wests Tigers”).
All Wests Tigers memberships are subject to the following terms and conditions, which incorporate by reference our privacy policy and our Member Code of Conduct.
By purchasing, renewing or using the benefit of your Wests Tigers membership (including accepting the automatic renewal of your membership in accordance with these Terms & Conditions), you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Interpretation
1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this agreement. Unless the context requires otherwise:
(a) words in the singular include the plural and words in the plural include the singular;
(b) words referring to a particular gender include all other genders;
(c) where a word or phrase is defined, its other grammatical forms have a corresponding meaning;
(d) a reference to any document or law includes that document or law as amended, novated, supplemented, varied or replaced from time to time; and
(e) the use of the word “including” does not limit the meaning of the words or matters that follow it, or otherwise restrict the scope of the relevant provision, unless expressly stated otherwise.
PURCHASE OF MEMBERSHIP
2. Purchase of Membership
2.1 Membership applications may be made:
(a) in writing, including electronically or online;
(b) by telephone through the Wests Tigers Membership Team;
(c) through the membership renewal process set out in these Terms and Conditions; or
(d) by any other method approved by Wests Tigers in its absolute discretion, which may be amended or varied from time to time.
2.2 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Wests Tigers reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reject or decline any membership application, including where any Membership Fees or other amounts remain outstanding. Wests Tigers is not required to provide a reason for any such decision.
2.3 A Wests Tigers Membership Fee comprises a membership fee component and a benefits component. Wests Tigers may amend or update these components at its discretion from time to time. Details of current Membership Fees and available benefits are published on the Wests Tigers Membership website.
2.4. Where a valid email address has been provided, Wests Tigers will confirm the purchase of Membership and issue electronic payment confirmation by email within five (5) Business Days of purchase, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
2.5 Where a Membership Package includes an option to select a Membership Pack or a Member Store voucher or coupon, the following applies:
(a) Membership Packs will be available for distribution from late 2026; and
(b) Member Store credit will be distributed from late 2026. Members should refer to the mBer+ Membership Store for further information.
2.6 All Membership Packages are subject to availability. Certain Membership Packages may have limited allocations. If a Membership category becomes oversubscribed, Wests Tigers may establish a waitlist, which will generally operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
MEMBER SEATS AND CARDS
3. Membership Cards (Physical and Digital)
3.1. Match-access Members will receive access to a Digital membership card. Members must download the Digital Card to access their match. This card will be sent to them as an Email with a PDF and digital download (Apple or Google Wallet).
3.2. Physical barcoded membership cards must be ordered in the online Membership store and will not be sent automatically.
3.3. Physical non barcoded membership cards must be ordered in the online Membership Store and will not be sent automatically.
4. Reserved Seat Conditions
4.1. A Member's reserved seat is only available to the Member for use at the Games specified in their Membership Package and cannot be accessed at any other time or at any other event.
4.2. Reserved seat full season members are allocated a seat at Campbelltown Stadium and CommBank Stadium for all home matches during the relevant NRL Season.
4.3. On renewal of your Membership, Members who wish to retain their current reserved seat must follow the process set out by Wests Tigers and ensure that their Membership is renewed by the date advertised by Wests Tigers at the reserved seat deadline, which will be communicated by the Club.
5. Redeem Reserved Seat Conditions
5.1. Members with Redeem Reserved Seat access are required to redeem their reserved seat for the number of nominated matches included in their membership. Redemption of their ticket is via Ticketek using their 16-digit barcode. The reserved seat may be different for each subsequent match (where relevant).
5.2. Access to matches for Members with Redeem Reserved Seat access is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and capacity. To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage Members to redeem their tickets at their earliest convenience.
5.3. No fees will be charged when a Member redeems a reserved seat.
SEAT RETURN PROGRAM
6. Seat Return Program
6.1. Full season reserved seat Members who are unable to attend a match, may return their reserved seat for sale to the general public.
6.2. If the seat is sold, the member will receive a credit towards their 2027 membership. This credit is valid for the following season only. The credit amount is based on the ticket category of the membership and the location of the seat.
6.3. Once a member has returned their seat for a match, their Barcode will be blocked and their Membership will not permit access to the venue and the member waives all access to the seat for the relevant match. Seats can only be returned within the communicated timeframe.
6.4. The 2027 Seat Return Credit Amounts are set out on the Wests Tigers Membership Website
6.5. Should venue capacity be required to be below 100% due to government health and safety restrictions, Seat Return and credit will not be available.
6.6 Where a member has upgraded their reserved seat to another seating area; the Club have permission to return their reserved seat for the specified match, and seat return credit will not be applied.
GENERAL ADMISSION MEMBERS
7. General Admission Members Conditions
7.1. The following General Admission conditions apply to the General Admission areas at the Campbelltown Stadium and Commbank Stadium.
7.2. The General Admission area at Campbelltown Stadium is located behind the Goals at the Northern and Southern ends of the ground. The General Admission area at Commbank Stadium is in Bays 220-229 of the Northern Grandstand and Bays 201-209 of the Southern Grandstand.
7.3. Within Campbelltown Stadium, the Southern General Admission section (including the grassed hill) is classified as a standing-only zone. While fixed seating at the perimeter of this section may be accessed by patrons, seating availability is not guaranteed. Patrons seeking a seated experience on the grassed hill are instructed to redeem admission for the Northern General Admission section.
7.4. Access to matches is not guaranteed. Access is subject to availability and capacity and is on a first come, first served basis.
7.5. General Admission Members may upgrade to a reserved seat outside of General Admission via Ticketek, subject to availability. Members will be required to pay additional fees and charges when upgrading to a reserved seat including ticket agencies booking fees. An upgrade to a reserved seat will use one match entitlement from your membership. The Club recommends General Admission Members arrive early or reserve a seat in advance to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches.
7.6 General Admission Members may be required to upgrade to a reserved seat at additional cost to attend selected matches at the Club’s discretion where the Club deems a match to be an “Capacity Demand Match”. The Club reserves the right to charge General Admission Members additional fees for match access into General Admission for matches deemed or declared as an “Capacity Demand Match”.
OTHER MEMBER TYPES
8. Interstate Membership
8.1. Interstate members have access to redeem a ticket at a Wests Tigers away match played in their home state if fixtured in the following states; QLD, VIC, WA, ACT. Access to redeem is not guaranteed and is subject to capacity and availability. If tickets are limited, a ballot may be conducted. Tickets will be redeemed through the Wests Tigers.
8.2. Interstate members will receive notification of availability to redeem away game tickets no later than 14 days prior to the home fixture (unless membership is purchased within this period). Failure to redeem a ticket will result in this benefit being forfeited. Tickets are only available for the 2027 season and cannot be transferred or forwarded on.
8.3. Tickets to Magic Round cannot be redeemed as part of an Interstate Membership.
9. Non-Access Membership
9.1. Non-access membership does not include access to Wests Tigers matches.
9.2. If available, tickets to Wests Tigers home games at Campbelltown Stadium and CommBank Stadium can be purchased by non-access members using the member number of non-access memberships via Ticketek with a 10% discount for reserved seating.
PACKAGE CLASSIFICATION
10. Membership Package Price Classifications
10.1. Adult: Each Adult will pay full price for Membership Packages unless they meet the criteria for Concession Pricing.
10.2. Junior: To be eligible for a Wests Tigers Junior Membership, the applicant must be under the age of 15 as at January 1, 2027.
10.3. Child: Juniors under 5 years of age as at January 1, 2027 are allowed to attend matches without a Club membership, however, they must not occupy a seat at that match (subject to capacity and venue/NRL conditions of entry).
10.4. Family: Family Membership pricing is available under some Membership Packages and this includes 2 adults and 2 juniors for reserved seat products or 2 adults and up to 4 juniors for unreserved products unless otherwise specified.
CONCESSION MEMBERSHIP
11. Concession Membership Eligibility
11.1. A Member who meets any of the following criteria is eligible for concession pricing under any Membership Package which offers Concession Pricing in the relevant year of membership:
(a) a student; or
(b) an eligible Concession Card Holder.
11.2. Any Member eligible for a Wests Tigers Concession Membership may be required to provide a copy of their concession at the time of purchase. Members in this membership category may also be required to present proof of their concession upon entry to the venue on match day(s).
11.3. Concession Pricing will be available to Wests Tigers members holding the following pension/concession cards for the duration of the relevant NRL Premiership season:
Full Time Secondary/Tertiary Student
Aged Pension
Disability Support (DSP)
Disability Carers (CAR)
Single Supporting Parents (PPS)
TPI Pensions
DVA Veteran Card
War Veteran
War Widow
11.4. Dependents listed on the pension card are not eligible for a concession membership unless they hold their own pension/concession card.
For Part Time Students, Job Seeker (JS/JSP) and Health Care Card (HC) are not eligible for Concession Pricing.
11.5. Student refers to people studying full-time who are over the age of 18 as at January 1, 2027. When applying for or renewing a student concession membership, you may be required to supply proof of your full-time study by submitting a copy of your 2027 student card or a photocopy of a stamped, receipted 2027 enrolment form from your education institution.
11.6 Concession Card Holders who renew their Wests Tigers concession membership at the adult fee will be required to lodge their concession request by close of business on January 31, 2027 to obtain the appropriate refund. Refund requests and proof of concession received after this time will not be accepted.
11.7 Wests Tigers agree to provide an equivalent complimentary membership to any Member holding a Companion Card (Companion Card Holder) at no charge (Companion Complimentary Membership). Complimentary Memberships are ineligible for Member benefits unless paying as a Member.
This Companion Complimentary Membership is only available in Membership Packages that have match day access and will be issued in the same category of membership as the Companion Card Holder to enable their carer to access matches which the Companion Card Holder also attends. The Companion Complimentary Membership will be issued in the name of the carer only once the Companion Card Holder has provided a certified copy of the Companion Card to the Wests Tigers.
PRE SALE ENTITLEMENTS
12. Pre Sale Entitlements
12.1. Each member’s access in every membership category to the NRL Finals Series matches will be determined by the Club as it deems appropriate in accordance with their respective membership category and corresponding entitlements.
12.2. Where the Membership Package purchased by a Member indicates that the Member has access to purchase a ticket to a match in the NRL Finals Series in which Wests Tigers is competing (Wests Tigers Finals Series Matches), the eligible Member will have a window of access to purchase tickets to Wests Tigers Finals Series Matches prior to tickets going on sale to the general public (NRL Finals Series Presale).
12.3. Every eligible Member who wishes to participate in the NRL Finals Series Presale must follow the process determined by the NRL, Ticketing Agent and Wests Tigers and communicated to the Member. It is incumbent on Members to ensure that Wests Tigers has an up-to-date email address for the Member. This process will include a registration period and failure to register will mean that you no longer have access to the NRL Finals Series Presale. Further terms and conditions may be imposed. Please note, any Member who has membership fees in arrears at the time that NRL Finals Series Presale is open, will be ineligible to purchase tickets.
12.4. Access to any match in the Wests Tigers NRL Finals Series Matches is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and capacity.
12.5. Should a membership be suspended for any reason during the season or should a member fail to comply with Wests Tigers TigerPay instalments, that member will waive their right to access a ticket for any Wests Tigers Finals Series Match.
NRL Finals Series and NRL Grand Final
13. General Conditions during the NRL Finals Series and NRL Grand Final
13.1 For the avoidance of doubt, any Member who has a regular reserved seat during the NRL Premiership Season will not have access to that reserved seat during the entire NRL Finals Series.
13.2 The price of any ticket for NRL Finals Series and/or for the NRL Grand Final purchased by a Member and associated booking and transaction fees is not included in any Members Package or Premiership Club upgrade pricing and is an additional cost to the Member.
14. Transfer of Mobile Membership Tickets
14.1 Members with match access are entitled to transfer a ticket for a match day to which they have access to any recipient who is eligible for the same price category as the Member (for example, a junior member can transfer their membership to a child who is also under the age of 15 as at January 1, 2027).
14.2 Should a recipient of a ticket for a match day under clause 14.1 not be eligible for the same price category as the Member (for example, if an adult wishes to use a junior membership), an upgrade pass can be purchased prior to match day. 14.3 The recipient of the ticket will need to scan the mobile member ticket and present the upgrade confirmation at the gate to be allowed entry.
14.4 A recipient under clause 14.2 will not be entitled to any other membership entitlements.
Payment of Membership
15. No On-selling
15.1. Club memberships or tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Club, be on-sold or offered for resale (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer.
15.2. If a ticket is on-sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled by the Club without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Penalties apply (including, but not limited to, cancellation of any offending Member’s Club Membership without a refund).
16. Payment of Membership Packages
16.1. Members can make payment of their Club Membership Fee in full via:
(a) VISA, MasterCard and Eftpos Debit Card;
(b) American Express or Diners Club (for full payment over the phone only) which will incur an additional 3.0%;
(c) Cheque, Cash or Money Order in person; or
(d) Bank Deposit.
16.2. Except where expressly stated otherwise, the prices for all Membership Packages include GST.
16.3. The Club expects all memberships to be paid in full annually. If for whatever reason the member has not paid the entirety of their membership amount, it will be held on account until such a time as the member can pay the outstanding balance. The Club will not accept any new membership applications from Members with outstanding amounts from previous seasons still owed. It is the Member’s responsibility to pay the total owed amount before purchasing a new membership.
17. Wests Tigers TigerPay
17.1 To be eligible for Wests Tigers TigerPay, the member must hold a valid email address or mobile phone number and must purchase their Membership using a valid VISA or MasterCard.
17.2. If a Member elects to pay their Membership Fees using Wests Tigers TigerPay, that Member authorises Wests Tigers to debit the applicable instalment from the credit or debit card nominated by the Member on:
(a) October 14, 2026 for all upfront payments of Membership Fees;
(b) the 14th of each applicable month (or the closest business day if the 14th is a weekend or public holiday), for Wests Tigers Monthly Payment Plan instalments.
17.3. Where a payment fails to clear on the applicable payment date, further attempts will be made to clear the funds until successfully processed.
17.4. It is each Member’s responsibility to ensure that the account details the Member has provided are correct and that the Member has sufficient cleared funds available in the nominated account to meet any payment that is due on a scheduled payment date.
17.5. The Club may suspend or cancel a membership if, on two consecutive occasions, the drawing is dishonoured by the member’s financial institution. A Member will be notified by email or SMS if Wests Tigers suspends or cancels their Membership and the Member’s access will be blocked for Games until the Membership fees are brought up to date and the Member will not have access to any Membership entitlements. Please note that at least 24 hours will be needed to reinstate a Membership once payment is received. Members affected will have their seat returned for resale at each game and if their payments are brought up to account on Game Day, will be issued with a different seat for that Game.
17.6 Wests Tigers may refer the collection of any outstanding Membership Fees to an external collection agency if, on two consecutive occasions, payment of Membership fees is dishonoured by the Member’s financial institution.
17.7 If a Member believes that a Wests Tigers TigerPay withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact Membership Support at https://www.weststigers.com.au/membership/. If we cannot substantiate the reason for drawing, you will receive a full refund of the incorrect withdrawal amount.
17.8 Any member who has elected to pay their Membership Fees using Wests Tigers TigerPay agrees that their membership will automatically renew from year to year in accordance with the automatic renewal process in clause 19.1 until such time as the member opts out. A member will receive notice in writing via email or direct mail of the automatic renewal each season 14 days prior to the first Wests Tigers TigerPay instalment.
17.9 A Member can opt out of Wests Tigers TigerPay at the conclusion of their last instalment and prior to the first instalment for the following NRL Premiership Season or NRLW Season by logging in to the Wests Tigers Membership Account at https://www.weststigers.com.au/membership/or in writing by email or post using the contact details available at https://www.weststigers.com.au/membership/. All due payments must be complete at the time of opting out.
17.10 If a member misses the deadline to opt out for the relevant season, please contact Membership Support at (02) 8741 3300 or membership@weststigers.com.au
WESTS TIGERS MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
18. Wests Tigers Payment Plan
18.1 A Member can elect to pay certain Membership Packages by nominating to pay under the Wests Tigers Monthly Payment Plan (see the conditions relating to the Membership Package selected to check eligibility) in 10 equal monthly instalments.
18.2 Requisite payments will be processed in ten equal monthly payments on the 20th of every month, commencing on 20th November in the year prior to the relevant NRL Premiership Season or NRLW Competition and concluding on 20th August in the year of the relevant NRL Premiership Season or NRLW Competition.
18.3 If a member applies for the Wests Tigers Monthly Payment Plan after the first scheduled payment then the first instalment due will be equal to the sum of monies payable to bring the amounts payable in line with the standard payment schedule. As an example, if you join in December, your first instalment will have an additional 1 x month included on it.
18.4. A Member can opt out of the Wests Tigers Monthly Payment Plan in accordance with the clause 17.9.
18.5. As the season progresses, the Club may introduce new Wests Tigers TigerPay monthly plan options of 8 instalments or less.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP
19. Automatic Renewal of Membership
19.1 Any Member who has elected to pay their Membership Fees using Wests Tigers TigerPay (either upfront or monthly payment plan) agrees their membership will automatically renew from year to year (Automatic Renewal of Membership).
19.2 Under the Automatic Renewal of Membership, Members authorise Wests Tigers to renew their Membership on or after the date each year that Wests Tigers advises the Member that their membership will be renewed (Rollover Date) and the Member authorises the Club to deduct the applicable Membership fees from the nominated credit or debit card until such a time as the Member opts-out.
19.3 Wests Tigers will advise Members of any changes to the Membership Fees for the forthcoming season and any changes to the name of the Package or its entitlements at least 14 days prior to the Rollover Date.
19.4 Members who wish to change their Membership Package to a different category of Membership should notify the Club prior to the Rollover Date.
19.5 Members who elected to pay up front will have their Membership Fees withdrawn in full on 14 October in the year prior to the relevant NRL Premiership Season or NRLW Season.
19.6 For Members who are on the Wests Tigers Monthly Payment Plan, payments will continue in the same manner as outlined in section 18.
19.7 Members can opt out of the Automatic Renewal of Membership from the conclusion of their last instalment and prior to the first instalment for the following NRL Premiership Season in writing by email or post using the contact details available at https://www.weststigers.com.au/membership/. All due payments must be complete at the time of opting out.

21. Cancellation Policy
21.1 The Club reserves its right to cancel or suspend a member’s Club Membership without a refund (subject to Australian Consumer Law) where a Member is deemed by the Club in its absolute discretion to have breached these Terms & Conditions (including, but without limitation, where that member attempts to transfer or on-sell their Club membership and/or associated benefits).
22. Member Code of Conduct
22.1. It is a condition of Membership that Members always uphold and comply with the Wests Tigers Member Code of Conduct when interacting with the Club (including on any website or social media platform) or attending any Wests Tigers event, function, venue or Game. The Wests Tigers Member Code of Conduct can be found here.
22.2. Penalties may apply to Members who breach the Wests Tigers Member Code of Conduct.
23. Members’ Privacy
23.1. All personal information will be used, and may be disclosed, by the Club (including for promotional and marketing purposes) in accordance with the NRL and NRL Club Privacy Policy available at https://www.weststigers.com.au/privacy-policy/. By providing your personal information to the Club you agree to such use and disclosure by the Club and confirm you have read and agree to be bound by the NRL and NRL Club Privacy Policy.
23.2. In addition, members agree to the recording of your likeness and/or voice by any means (including but not limited to audio and visual recordings by television cameras and photographers) and the use of such images by the Club and its commercial partners without compensation.
23.3. Members who purchase and/or pay together may be administered by the primary member (the purchaser). Should you wish to change how your group is structured or if you would like to change the primary contact for your group, please contact Membership Support on (02) 8741 3300 or email membership@weststigers.com.au. You may be required to provide proof of authorisation before making changes to group memberships.
GENERAL
24. Communications
24.1. By joining as a member and providing us with your contact information you have automatically subscribed to electronic communications via email and SMS. Should you not wish to receive communication via these methods, please contact Membership Support on (02) 8741 3300 or alternatively unsubscribe from these services by clicking on the links provided at the base of all marketing emails or by following the prompt provided by SMS. Administrative communications (including those relating to the redemption of membership benefits, renewals or payment) will be sent to members as required.
24.2. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that personal contact details are accurate and up to date. The Club accepts no responsibility for and cannot be held responsible for communications which are not received due to a Member’s contact details being incorrect or not current or due to a Member’s privacy settings.
25. Telephone and Internet Renewals
25.1. Members may renew their Club membership over the telephone or online. By renewing over the telephone or online, you accept these Terms & Conditions of Club Membership.
26. Variation to Club Membership Terms and Conditions
26.1. The Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion to, to vary the Membership Terms and Conditions and the Member Code of Conduct from time to time without notice. The Club will communicate any change to its Membership Terms and Conditions via the Club website or by email to members. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Members will have no claim or right against the Club by reason of any change made to the Terms and Conditions of Club membership.
27. General
27.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and the Member unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts having jurisdiction in New South Wales.
27.2 Membership entitlements are subject to the policies and operational decisions imposed by the Venues NSW and Campbelltown Council. Wests Tigers Rugby League Football Pty Ltd is not liable to members for matters arising from the implementation of policies by our venues. As a Wests Tigers member, entry to the Commbank Stadium and Campbelltown Stadium is subject to the NRL’s Entry Terms and Conditions for the venue. All venues are smoke-free. Patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol into any venue and must adhere to strict restrictions placed on alcohol consumption in designated areas at all venues.
27.3 Wests Tigers Rugby League Football Pty Ltd reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change all or any of the membership package details. All membership packages are strictly sold subject to availability. Wests Tigers Rugby League Football Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel membership at any time. Any such decline or cancellation does not mean there will be a refund of membership fees or benefits fees. Information contained in any marketing material forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
27.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law (including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law) the Wests Tigers shall in no circumstance be liable to a Member for any direct or consequential losses or any loss (whether direct or indirect) arising out of the Member’s purchase of or participation in Wests Tigers Membership, including without limitation from the loss or suspension of the Member’s Membership or the Member’s ability to attend all or any Wests Tigers games or enter a venue where a Wests Tigers game is occurring, except to the extent the loss is caused by Wests Tigers breach of these Terms and Conditions, its negligence or wilful default.
27.5. Information set out on the Club’s website was believed to be true and correct at the time of production and Wests Tigers and its directors and management shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from any inaccuracy or other defect in the information.
